At Reisenauer Land & Livestock, the care we put into raising our cattle continues all the way through processing.
All of our beef is harvested and processed in a USDA-inspected facility. This means:
A federal inspector is present during harvest
The facility follows strict sanitation and food safety protocols

Beef can legally be sold directly to you with confidence

Dry Aging for Flavor & Tenderness
After harvest, your beef is aged under controlled conditions to improve tenderness and deepen flavor. This process allows natural enzymes to enhance the eating experience while maintaining food safety standards.
Custom Cut to Your Preference
Once aged, your beef is professionally cut to your specifications — steaks, roasts, ribs, ground beef, cubed steak, or specialty cuts. Each package is sealed, labeled, and frozen for freshness.
